*Talk in English*

Contemplation on impermanence and death constitutes the heart of Buddhist teaching and is the essence of how we live our lives and how we do the practice. Without the understanding that change occurs in every moment, we may be disappointed when facing changes, have no motive in dharma practice, or lose faith when we fall ill or lose loved ones. Realizing that change is ordinary and death is near us will help us live our lives in a more meaningful way and help us prepare for death. Rinpoche will advise on how we should face changes and death, and guide us on impermanence and death meditation.

Latri Khenpo Geshe Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche is student of His Holiness Menri Rinpoche. He is a Dzogchen master and a world leading spiritual teacher.
