Update on Vasutara Building Project, Khadiravana

August 20, 2008

This morning Yontan, Ken and I went to Khadiravana to observe the progress of the Vasutara Sala construction. It’s a great way to celebrate Ken’s 11th birthday anniversary.

The Sala is getting some progress. We hope we won’t have to wait long till it comes into completion. Thanks again to everyone who took part in this great project. Soon we’ll have Khadiravana’s first permanent meditation hall, which will also serve as a classroom building and meeting hall.

There has been some dryness in the south. But today it poured down for a couple of hours bringing life to the soil and water to the lake.

  1. Ken is looking really good in the picture. I really wish that the Vasutara Hall will be very beneficial for all people, as well as all sentient beings. Too bad I can’t join this time.
